There will be no Circuit tomorrow Tuesday 27th January as it's first day back at school. Those couple who do want to train in the morning I'll contact you with alternate arrangements.

Air boxing straight punch x 20
Squats x 10
Butterfly sit ups x 10
Plank for 35 seconds
Perform continously for 8 minutes ... write in comments number of times you get through the circuit. This will get your heart pumping!
