1. Squats x 10 (Feet Shoulder Width)
2. Sumo Squat x 10 (Legs Wide)
3. Squat with Side Leg Extensions (5 x Each Side)
4. Squat with 3 Bottom Pulses x 10
5. Squat with Reverse Leg Lift (5 x Each Side)
6. Sumo Squat with High Kick (5 x Each Side)
7. Lateral Squats (5 x Each Side)
8. Double Ski Squats x 10 (Narrow Legs Double Pulse)

Just Move is owned and run by Anthony. Alongside Anthony, is a team of highly experienced and passionate fitness professionals here to help you achieve your goals!
Want to choose from a range of group classes? We run over 30 classes a week. Boom.
No one to babysit the kids? No problem, bring the little tykes along and leave them with Child Minding while you work out. Our team have years of experience dealing with even the most dramatic of tantrums.
Hard to find a gym that welcomes Seniors? We invite anyone and everyone to visit our family friendly Gym. We run specialised Seniors exercise group classes.
How about looking for a personal trainer? You guessed it. We got you covered with fully trained PTs who will help you find the exact exercise program for your goals.
Know what you’re doing already? No worries. We’re open until 11pm each night, so you can work out on your own time.
