There are some changes and additions to the schedule, including:

✅ Monday - Thursday 6am Classes.

✅ Monday - Thursday, Everyones favourite, 5:30pm iBOX Fitness Classes.

✅ Monday - Thursday, All of our iFIGHT Classes are at 6:30pm.

✅ iMUMS are BACK, Monday & Friday at 9am.

✅ As well as our iKIDS Classes returning with the school term resuming, on Tuesdays at 4:30pm.
