If you’ve been to Upside over the last couple of months you know our good buddy, Sunny Goldstein. Sunny is super sweet guy but he really doesn’t do well with the colder weather. Unfortunately he’s packed his bags and headed to warmer climates until next summer. Sunny, thanks for the memories, we’ll see you in with a nice suntan.

People: One of the most important parts of Upside Pizza or any business. Without good people, the idea of Upside remains a dream. With them, we were able to turn that dream into a reality.

- Jon, aka , has been with us since day 1. He cut his chops at places like Roberta’s & Baker’s Pizza with many stops along the way. That slice of pizza you had last week for lunch... Jon probably made it. He’s got a whole lot of talent and is a big part of our family. Next time you see him be sure to say hello.

This is the reason we put so much time, love and energy into our dough. It’s this solid foundation that lets us build you the pizza you want & deserve. 48+ hour cold ferment utilizing a (very happy) 4+ year old sourdough starter that allows us a 100% natural fermentation. You deserve better pizza and we’re on a mission to make that happen for you. We’ll be focusing more closely on our core ingredients over the coming weeks so stay tuned and come by to experience the difference some love makes.
