De Tempel

In het licht van mijn goede voornemens voor 2024 wil ik deze primaire taal van aanraking wat meer spreken met jullie.
Van kinds af aan ging ik de kersttafel al rond om hier en daar wat schouders te kneden.

Om mijn passie voor aanraking, lichaamswerk en heling wat brandstof te geven heb ik de eerste maand van januari tijd vrijgemaakt voor jouw rust, genot en weldaad aan prijzen op glijdende schaal.

Ik heb verschillende modaliteiten onder de knie, of zeg ik beter pols ?
Gaande van ontspannende massages tot het diepere lichaamswerk.
Alchemy of Touch, Chi Nei Tsang, Lomi Lomi, voetreflexologie,...
Van het stevige gekneed tot het fijngevoeligere werk.
Hoewel ik specifieke aanbiedingen heb, stem ik ook heel graag af op wat er exact bij jou leeft en waar jij nood aan hebt.
Voor elk wat wils.

Heb jij thema's zoals zelfzorg, welzijn, kwaliteitstijd voor jezelf maken en jezelf laten verwennen op het programma staan voor komend jaar ?

Landing from a crazy ride at The FIELD - Edge of EMERGENCE Festival at the gorgeous New Eden in Holland

Had a challenging time where I could confront my beliefs and ways of what facilitation and guiding groups is about.
Learning that dancing, singing and sharing with people who are open to really listen always seems to assist whatever proces I'm in.

Looking forward to host and facilitate the Ecstatic Dance Evolution - The Return of Eden @ EcoVilla Essen with Atmapriya Hendrickx and share some of the gold I picked up along the way.

It's a bit different than the usual Ecstatic Dance.
We open the space with time for you to land with a gentle music in the background and we start the evening with a circle.
We'll land as a group and feel and share what's alive.
So that when we move into the dance you already have a bit of an awareness and sense of who you are dancing with and what they are bringing to the dancefloor.

I'm with deep gratitude to Christoffel Hendrickx and Sydney Samadhi Strahan for the trust and opportunity to hold this event.

I love dancing with people and move through layers and waves.
A regular Ecstatic Dance for me sometimes misses some of the weaving of connections and themes beforehand and integration of the experiences people have during the dance.

About the facilitator:

Helena has been passionate about kundalini energy/life force energy and how to awaken and work with it in different ways. After a few years of individual practice, she discovered the wider range of ta**ra and got to experience the medicine of groupspaces where this energy is also welcomed and worked with.
Working with the shadow and especially trauma awareness is also known to her.

Helena is initially trained as a kundalini yoga teacher, holistic life coach and consciousness coach and added training in sound healing, alternative healing, Lomi Lomi massage, family constellations, and attended various trainings such as ISTA level 1 & 2 (International School of Temple Arts), Belly 2 Belly facilitator training, Embodied Intimacy year training, Medicine Woman and has tons of experience around self development and authentic self expression. She is an ever learning student and is currently deepening in Priestesshood and sensual arts.

She provides guidance and mentorship, offering strategies, tools and therapies for living a healthy & harmonious lifestyle, and of course, a caring & listening ear to talk to.

She sets up sacred spaces and ceremonies for transformational change for individual, group and collective purposes.

Who wants to practice Kundalini Yoga with me?
I am planning to start teaching again- after a long break.

Yesterday I thaught a private session to a coachee and it felt so good to be in this space again of sharing such amazing yoga technology. Therefore, I felt the call to share more, since I am still passionate about all topics related to Kundalini Energy.

I will not do weekly lessons, because I feel it doesn't align with how I want to live in the freedom of following my heart's wishes. ❤

So I am creating a group in which I will post when I will teach a class. You can see if you can join or not.

This way I can teach from a wholesome and excited state - looking forward to the next class in stead of feeling obliged (by myself) to prepare and show up for a class that may not feel right that week.

Possibly I could combine Kundalini Yoga with another practice, like soundhealing (longer than I usually do during relaxation) , sharing circles around the theme of the class, dancing, a temple ritual...

RETREAT INTO INTIMACY
Saturday & Sunday, 4 & 5 June from 10am to 6pm – , Bassevelde

Intimacy is about much more than just physical intimacy. We can also become more intimate by experiencing the mental, the emotional and the spiritual.
Whether that’s with people you know or don’t know, it’s about being able to be connected to what’s going on inside and connecting that to your environment.
The most intimate relationship is the one with yourself, and you don’t have to stay alone until you’ve perfected it, it’s okay to discover it in a messy way with others.

MANTRA CIRCLE + SOUNDJOURNEY

Mantras are songs to activate our brain to bring us into higher levels of awareness. This is where deep healing, remembrance of your essence's qualitites, opening of your heart and flowing of your life energy can happen.
Dive along with that into a a soundhealing journey where you can fully relax and let the vibrations take you on an inner adventure.
