Can you guess the ingredients? I’ll tell you about the sauce though. Our Aji Amarillo cream is the best thing you’ll have on sushi for a full Peruvian flavour.
We have this one with shrimp as well as a non veg version just as we can do some small adaptations for vegetarians if you contact us before your visit.

Allthough tomatoes are not usual in a Tiradito or Ceviche in Peru it gives this dish a fresh and delicious touch. Luckily for us the Nikkei cuisine is playful and still growing, giving endless resources for hot new dishes. Give this bad boy a try and let us know what you think! 🐠
𝔸𝕟𝕥𝕚𝕔𝕦𝕔𝕙𝕠𝕤 🐙🐄 // ours are made of beef (de carne) or octopus (de pulpo), marinated in anticuchero sauce of Aji Panca.
History:
One of the most popular Peruvian Streetfood dishes with an origin that can be traced to the Inca’s who started making it with llama meat. The Spaniards started making it with beef and adapted the marinade to what it is today. They only used the premium pieces. leaving the “lesser” meat and organs to the natives and slaves. They then started to make them with beef heart, resulting in the popular dish we find today on every corner of Lima, specially during the month of October.
We have chosen to make ours with a more softer meat (Bavette) and Pulpo to add an extra dimension to your experience.
