You might have noticed it in an earlier post this week, in our restaurant or during your meeting breaks, that we have a new kitchen chef! 😍 It is a pleasure to present you Romain Cadet! A creative young man, with his roots on Réunion Island ☀️, the place where he got his kitchen degree in 2010. Since then, he gathered experience in 4- and 5-star hotels around Europe (Pavillon Henri 4 Paris, Hilton Brussels Grand Place and Sofitel Brussels Europe) and now he joined our team the beginning of July.

His favorite quote: L’amour de la cuisine est la passion du partage (The love of cooking is the passion of sharing)
