For the first time we will have the amazing Kelly bronze turkeys available for Thanksgiving!!
These award winning turkeys live outdoors where they can forage and eat a varied natural diet. They are dry plucked and hung for up to 14 days to produce a deep flavour and tender, juicy meat. The Kelly Bronze turkeys have been bred in Essex by the Kelly family for several generations and are the opposite to the cruel mass produced industrial birds.
Since Brexit a young famer in Holland has been working with the Kelly family, bringing over chicks in the spring and rearing them on his family farm in the same way.

For Thanksgiving the following sizes will be available:
5.5kg, 6kg and 7kg birds. The price per bird will be €112, €122, and €132 respectively

As of today we are open! 🍗🥩🥓Yesterday morning I had serious doubts but all the team managed to clean, organise and locate most of what we needed to reopen this morning. We have a different view for a few days in our temporary van, fingers crossed the counter will be completely installed for this weekend!
The website will be up and running very soon for deliveries from Thursday.

Dear customers,
Unfortunately the company doing the renovations in our shop are behind schedule and are waiting for delivery of the counter tops. Because of this we will not be able to reopen this week as planned.
We will reopen on Tuesday 22nd with a mobile shop outside and the week after everything should be back to normal.
Sorry for the delay and we look forward to seeing you all soon!

Summer Break... 🏖🥩🍗🍹
We will soon be closing for a holiday and to do some renovations. Our last day open will be this Saturday 15th July and we will reopen on Wednesday 16th August with a brand new counter and beautiful shop. Wonderful news -we will be stocking Kellybronze turkeys as always. There is an amazing guy in Holland who has been working with Paul Kelly for many years and last year started rearing Kelly bronze chicks. Born in Essex, raised in Holland to the exact same specifications and same process of dry plucking and hanging to ensure the ultimate juicy and flavoursome bird.
Same box and thermometer included 😂
And no risk of turkeys getting stuck at the border or problems with eurotunnel!
Homemade hams, sausages, bacon and stuffing all made in house with free range outdoor reared pork from the Belgian Ardennes.
Stuffed turkey breast rolls, Irish beef, label rouge capons, ducks and geese all available.
