Online training for groups outside Japan (Tatsuya Naka, Instructor)

The Japan Karate Association Bahamas hosted an online seminar held at the Sohonbu Dojo on Sunday, December 6th from 9:15am. The seminar was a lively event with over 200 participants from 27 countries including the Bahamas. The content of the seminar was "On the Spot Basics" to train sharp kime forward and backward, left and right, up and down, and diagonally from the shizen-tai (natural stance) so that anyone can practice in a small space. I then taught the basic usage of each Heian Shodan technique and its application. The hour was over in a flash.
This year, due to the new corona infection, all overseas instruction from March onwards was cancelled. However, through this online seminar, I was once again able to feel everyone’s passion for karatedo. I would like to continue to share the beauty and joy of traditional karatedo with as many people as possible. Thank you very much. Oss.
