The July 6th ride which was supported by SCRC328 members as well other RC Clubs and riders from the area helped raise $8,968.00 for Down Syndrome Association of Simcoe County. What a great day.

Friendly PSA reminder to not leave gaps when you’re riding in a group somewhere and make sure you got your stagger down, right 😎 otherwise you might just have people leapfrogging around you and that’s dangerous, And no rubber banding 🎉 Keep yourself safe while keeping other safe, it’s just courteous. 💟

In its 18th year, this incredible charity ride has been raising funds and spirits, supporting the IOOF's residents and local seniors. 🤝 Last year alone, with the help of our amazing sponsors and donors, we raised over $26,000, bringing our total to a whopping $266,000 since the beginning! 🎗️

This year's ride will directly contribute to the expansion of our long-term care facility, addressing the growing need for increased care in our community. Our $48 million redevelopment project will transform the IOOF into a 226-bed long-term care home, creating modern spaces, private rooms, and upgraded facilities for the well-being of our seniors. 💙

Unfortunately due to COVID, our 2021 Ride for Down Syndrome did not take place for the second year but that did not stop Barrie Harley-Davidson from donating $1,000.00 for this great cause. Thank you.
