Progress is in full swing at the Millennium Eye Surgery Centre! This four-storey structure is set to host retail and service tenants on the first three floors, with the state-of-the-art ophthalmology surgery facility taking over the top floor. Excited to see this professional centre come to life! 🏗️

What an incredible day at the 24th annual rcs golf tournament! ⛳️ A huge thank you to all the volunteers, clients, sponsors, Glen Arbour course staff, and everyone who chipped in to make this event possible. We are thrilled to announce that we raised $45,000 for the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia! 💙

The energy on the course was unmatched, with perfect swings, shared laughs, and a spirit of togetherness. 🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️ It was a day filled with fun, generosity, and unforgettable moments. We're thrilled to announce that rcs construction has partnered with the Nova Scotia Sports Hall of Fame in upgrading their new space! 🛠️🏒

Our team will be making the Hall of Fame fully accessible with a new elevator and upgraded washrooms. We'll also be expanding display space and enhancing conservation and preservation with a state-of-the-art HVAC system and other mechanical and electrical improvements.

Today, on National Indigenous Peoples Day, we take a moment to recognize and celebrate the rich cultures, traditions, and contributions of the Indigenous Peoples across Canada. We are privileged to live and work on Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq people.

At rcs construction, we have had the privilege of collaborating with Indigenous communities throughout the Maritimes such as Sipekne'katik First Nation and Acadia First Nation. Our partnerships have not only enriched our projects but also deepened our understanding and respect for Indigenous heritage and values.

One of the projects we participated in was the Sipekne’katik First Nation Pow Wow Stadium in Indian Brook, NS. It was an honor to partner with the community to bring this project to life, creating a space to host vibrant community events and powwows. These collaborations have brought invaluable learning experiences for our team while supporting the community's development and cultural preservation.

We are proud of our employees who have taken various Indigenous Awareness training courses this past year to further educate themselves about Canada’s Indigenous People and their different cultures & traditions. We are eager to continue our commitment to learning and growth, reflecting our dedication to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace.
