• We will not bring on brand new drivers under 14 months due to the high cost of insurance.

• Centennial is not a typical logistics’ operation that your company has been dealing with.
• Our skill set is quite unique as our equipment consists of Street Sweepers, Road flushers, Dump trucks, Slurry trucks and Crash truck’s.
• If you have any experienced driving personnel that have the enclosed type of driving experience, we would love to talk to them however we recognize that many individuals may not have this type of work experience so all we ask is individuals that have clean CVOR’s & abstracts & are team players.
• We will give the new candidate extensive training on our equipment to ensure both our success.
• Our operation runs 24 hours a day 7 days a week so we are looking for people that are willing to work a variety of shifts.
• As indicated our season has begun & will run full throttle under the winter when the snow prohibits & even then we still run year-round.
