A little high intensity conditioning work: Battle ropes with burpees. Trying to increase my cardio and athletic explosiveness.

Merry Christmas!!
and I got in a home workout while the kids were napping. It felt really good to get moving when we've been doing a lot of sitting and eating and drinking.
Did you get moving yet?
Here's what we did:
- DB Shoulder press OR Band Pull-Apart
- DB Goblet Squats OR Bodyweight Squats
- Pushups (from knees if needed)
- DB B/O Rows OR Under Table Inverted Rows
Start by doing 10 reps of each, then each round decrease your reps for each exercise by 1 until you get to 0πŸ‘πŸ’ͺ
Only rest when needed.
Give it a shot!

Shoulder injuries are the most common injuries related to weight lifting. Here's a great exercise that is kind to the shoulders. This is called a Single Arm Landmine Press. Give it a shot! πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ’ͺ
