Apres Saturday Zumba! What a great group of ladies (and we're missing a couple in the photo). WAY out of my comfort zone and TOTALLY awesome! 4 classes last week and I can't wait for my next one ...who ever thought a tech-wreck like me would EVER say that?? Can't wait for my next class! see you tomorrow night for Zumba/Zumba Step at 7:15. Register for all this week's class on your Jack Rabbit account!

Our virtual classes start today and we’ve got two ✌🏼 Zumba/Zumba Step classes with Sue to kick things off at 9:15am & 7:15pm!

Please register for all classes through Jack Rabbit as usual and make sure to check your email for the Zoom log-in info for each class.

Total Body Combo will be making an appearance for the next 3 Monday evenings (Dec 7, 14 & 21) at 7:15pm.

✨You bring your yoga mats (if you have one) and I’ll bring the bands (sanitized before & after classes)!

Hello everyone. We've survived our first snowfall!

Our protocols are not different regarding outdoor footwear however we would like to remind you that as the precipitation changes and the temperatures drop there is a need to adjust how we come into the studio.

*Please bring a large bag/basket or carrier (including a plastic bag), for your outdoor shoes and coat.
*It’s cold out so please stay warm in your car until the door is open
*Once inside the door health screening will be completed then remove outdoor footwear and keep it with you (in the plastic bag)
*If you arrive late please go to the front door entrance for a CDC staff member to let you in.

Thank you for continuing to register weekly for your classes. And we thank you greatly for your continued efforts to keep everyone safe.
