👨🏼‍⚕️Jaden: I love to help and motivate people to improve their health and wellness. Celebrating when my patients achieve their goals, whether it’s relieving pain, enhancing mobility, or improving their overall quality of life is really rewarding.

We had an excellent info session from Kara and Joseph. Kara is an RMT who has a ton of knowledge and extra training in Craniosacral Therapy. 🧠 Joseph is a Chiropractor. He lead us through some breathing techniques and explained it’s importance, along with how he incorporates this into his practice. 😮‍💨 Both of these therapists are accepting new patients if you have an interest in learning more! 😁
