Looks like the water savings measures in Calgary will continue for awhile.
> For the past week, The team at PG have been doing our part, alongside our customers, to get us through this concerning time. We will continue to manage our water resources until this emergency is over.
> We have switched to disposable paper bowls,plates,cutlery and coffee cups as we turn off our Front of the House Dishwasher to save 50 loads of dishwashing water per day!
> ( Rest assured our kitchen dishwasher is still in use to sanitize the cooking equipment).
> As well, we have turned off our ice machine and are importing our ice from an outside Calgary source.

> Big Thanks to all our customers who have been so co-operative and appreciative of our efforts, and continue to support our little business. I know we all miss our little Owl Mugs and cant wait for things to return to normal. We are in this together, my friends ❤️
