We would like to address a recent incident that occurred at JOEY Chinook regarding a billing error. We have spoken directly with the guests that this affected and want to thank them for bringing this to our attention. Their experience was unacceptable and we truly apologize that we did not deliver the quality of hospitality we strive for. This error was due to a programming error, which we resolved later that day and immediately refunded all bills that were affected.
