Try this simple rhomboid stretch at home! 🏠 This is a great stretch for targeting any tightness in the shoulder blades or upper back area.

1. Start in a standing position, holding a doorway with both hands crossed over, and thumbs pointing downwards (as seen in the photo).

2. Slowly lean back into a deep stretch to release both rhomboid muscles (think of spreading your shoulder blades away from each other!)

🔸 Hold this stretch for 30 seconds
🔸 Repeat 3 times!
