Be PATIENT with yourself as that next level desire surges up. Don't worry if it then goes away an hour or two later. That's part of the process at the moment. There's an up and a down force in motion and know that you aren't doing anything wrong. You are right in the heart of the energetics of the planet. And part of all of this for us is we haven't lived through a period like this before on earth, so our minds don't necessarily fully understand it. We can't fully track it. It's new to us. So, the little freak outs that we can all have about, "What the hell's going on down here?", are quite to be expected. What will help is if you can just keep breathing into- “What do I need next? What do I need right now in this now moment? Where can I place my focus right now that is going to bring me to a calmer, more open and more supported state?”

We can use magic words to create, to conjure and to override the lower vibration directed words that we might be hearing, swallowing or being coated with.

One of the things I started doing many years ago, at my guides’ suggestion, was whenever I was hard on myself, whenever I had a sentence in my mind where I was turning on myself or being down on myself or beating myself up or I had a judgmental voice, they suggested I replace it with the opposite. So, for example, the sentence might be, "I'm not good enough to do that. I'm not good enough to do this." Then if I heard that sentence in my head, I would replace it with, "I am open to allowing myself to do this and to recognize I am perfectly good enough to do this." I would replace the sentence with a more positive, creational sentence. Many of you may have been doing this in different ways for years, but the creational power of our words is really important to understand right now. So, if you're being asked to focus on doom and gloom all the time, and that's all you start seeing or thinking about, you will help create it. If you can also hold space for extraordinary possibilities that can come in and that can change the timeline that we're currently seeing or experiencing for your life and for the collective, things can up-shift.

A beautiful afternoon and energy exchange offering Reiki to the donkeys and other animals at Primrose Donkey Sanctuary! Congratulations to Animal Reiki Practitioners Amanda, Julie, Liz, Janet and Petra! Well done! Lyla and Lynn joined us and the animals appreciated their Reiki energy as well. The donkeys and other animals are amazing teachers! $150 was donated to the sanctuary.

Congratulations to Celtic Reiki Level 1 practitioners Sarah and Tammy who both did very well today! The weather cooperated and we spent time by the creek, with the wonderful cedar tree, water, fern, moss and elemental energies. Sarah and Tammy did a great job when exchanging Celtic Reiki sessions. A huge amount of healing energy was channeled, shared and exchanged. The affirmation for this month that I wanted to offer you is,

"I allow myself to call my power back.”

If that one doesn't work for you, you may like to instead try,

"I invite the power of my soul to join with me now.”

Often when we get lost in the human dance, we forget the soul energy. We kind of cut it out. We've been taught to cut it out. And the truth is we are soul and human, one and the same, and the soul is what's lighting us up right now. You might need to use both of those affirmations. To be able to say the second one, you might need to say the first one. But affirmations are so powerful, and when we recite words, either an affirmation like the one I gave you, or when we create our own, it has the power to realign our mind.
