Hello, my name is Natasha. About 9 years ago I went for a bodywork session that woke up life-force energy within me that had been laying dormant for a very long time.

I became aware of my own s*xual trauma that I had suppressed memories around from childhood. Layer by layer, I began exploring the ways my past experiences had embedded emotional debris within my body, thus creating limitations and resistance for me within my intimate relationships, s*x, pregnancy and motherhood.

Opening this door has brought deeper awareness around belief systems and conditioning that I recognised had not only been the driving force in my life, but had been held in many previous generations within my family as well.

I became committed to healing through feminine practices and befriending my body and nervous system. For most of my life, my body felt impossible to be present with, and now, it is my main source for truth and guidance.

The knowledge and experiences I had deeply inspired me to help support other women on their journey, and after completing a number of courses; Ta**ra Practitioner Training, Foundations of Somatic S*x Education, and many more - in 2022 I officially launched my business, The Uninhibited Mama.
