Last night was the first time I've ever fully witnessed the Northern Lights.

I was standing in my backyard for an hour and was about to go to bed when I looked out my front window and realize how bright they were in the sky. 2 hours later I was still outside taking it all in and when I looked overhead I could actually see them dancing every so faintly, but dance they did.

I cried and thanked the universe for allowing me the opportunity to see something so beautiful. Now, when it comes to pictures like this the brain sees what it wants to see but in this cause I'm going to take it as a sign that I was heard.

Just wanted to share this picture taken yesterday. While I was going through what felt like a spiritual/energetic imbalance or attack, I attempted to ground myself and perform some self Reiki healing and my cat joined me. I extended the energy to her and held the space for her to accept it, should she choose to. She climbed onto my chest where I had placed my smokey quartz and we both lay there for almost an hour. It was a nice time spent with her. ❤
