Sometimes we’ve been running this energy for so long we don’t even realize it, until it’s brought to our attention. It always starts with awareness. Shift, change the narrative, trust. Take care of you. 🖤✨🙏🏼
I was told the other day that after a session I gave someone hope. This is very meaningful to me. I don’t go into sessions thinking “I have to give this person hope”. I don’t even know what people have going on when they book or what they are hoping to get out of it. So when I hear that, I am reminded of the impact and importance of what I do, and I am grateful. ❤️🙏🏼💫
Remember that we are part of nature and not separate from it. Connect with it, let it support you. Some of us are more fiery, while others more earthy or airy etc. Be mindful of what your needs are, and how they will vary through each season. I love how sunflowers always turn towards the sun… nature always knows… and trusts. Get in tune, use your tools to stay in tune. Reach out when needed. 🌻☀️💛

Four six breath. Let’s take a moment to get present. Super simple, no skill required. Take in the mossy energy to bring in some grounding. Inhale for 4. Pause. Exhale for 6. Pause. It’s that easy. And it makes a difference to your nervous system. Repeat as it feels right for you. 🤍🌬️🙏🏼
I’ve seen a few posts in the past bit about ‘if you aren’t sure… it’s a no’. I don’t agree with this. For some, yes. For others, perhaps it’s an ‘I need to sit with this’ or ‘I need more information’. You have to know yourself to know your needs and how your body speaks to you. If you’re not an instant yes or no, ask - do I need more time, do I need more info? Sometimes we have a minute to decide, sometimes we can allow ourselves more space before settling. We can’t always know everything when moving forward but perhaps there is a question that can be answered to help. For those who need more time and information, learn to allow yourself this. For those who are instant yes or no people, trust that too and don’t get in your head and let stories throw you off. Learn yourself so you don’t fall in to believing you have to work one way or the other. Do what your system needs. 💙💫🙏🏼

I read something the other day saying to stop trying to let go and to process instead. While I agree we cannot focus everything on letting go or we would just be empty vessels - sometimes we do need to let go. Let go of what is no longer serving us. Let go of energy or beliefs that we are carrying that are not even ours. We cannot process energy that doesn’t belong to us. There does have to be a balance of letting go, processing and accepting. Sometimes our systems are so overloaded that it is hard to process or even accept. We do need to process emotions and events, even if it is not done so consciously. Shutting down, avoiding, numbing etc are clues we are not processing (and understandably sometimes). Energy can still move without reliving the stories. There are many ways to help restore balance (this also doesn’t mean it’s always quick). Work to trust yourself to become aware of what you need and where you are pulled. ✨🤍✨

Colours have their own vibration. When I teach (well most days) I choose what I wear with this in mind. Today I was looking at pink but then I felt in to what was needed for teaching. It felt it needed to be softer. Blue also has to do with the voice and expression. Likely supporting not only me but who I am teaching. I do this for sessions also, asking what do I need to help support and it’s funny I will often match people. For example, red vibrates at about half the speed of purple, these frequencies impact us. People will unconsciously wear or surround themselves colours that support them. Also notice if there is a colour you avoid, some frequencies make us uncomfortable as well. Either way remember you can use colours to impact your energy. Change things up when they need lightening Awareness always. 🩵✨🙏🏼
(People always ask about black, black isn’t bad to wear but it is absorbing so as an empath keep that in mind when you’re already taking in a lot. 🖤)
To follow up on yesterday’s post. Often my sessions have “homework” that comes up. Mostly it is awareness to pay attention to (which is a big deal in itself). Sometimes simple things like breathing or using sounds. It varies as we all have different needs at different times. While I do give you insights to what your system is showing and help it adjust and get connected - you are the one doing the work. And when you leave you will continue to need to do the work. Yes a session can be a massive shift and heal in many ways, but you have to continue to do the care. It varies as we are all very different. I love to empower people to realize what they have inside already. Validate what you often already know and bring to the surface what is wanting to be known. So you can move forward with clarity and whatever it is you are needing at the time. Again, give yourself credit even if you’re simply at the stage of just knowing or feeling something needs to shift. Awareness is always the first step. Getting in tune and staying there is a practice. 🩵✨🤍

Here’s what I tell my kids. You have to do the work. You can’t just want to be calm. You have to go to your breath and use it with intention. You can’t want just want focus and balance. You have to meditate and get connected to yourself. You can’t just want to be healthy. You have to make healthy choices. The list goes on and on. It all takes work. It doesn’t just happen, it’s up to you to make choices every day. Not being healthy also takes a lot of work. This doesn’t mean expect perfection of yourself. Even small things each day count, they all add up. Give yourself credit. Do the things that support the mind, body and soul. Emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually. Perhaps some things are more routine and others more varied. Get in tune with yourself so you know what you need. So you know when you’re stuck and need to reach out. Even when you don’t feel like it. Because you count too. 💫💙💫

I did a couples energy healing session today, it was so amazing (and so were they). I had never done an energy session like that before but when I was asked if I would I said I was open to it. It was so neat to see how their energy was as a couple when they arrived and then individually and again how they were together at the end. I am always grateful to see how much people can change in just one session. Dropping in, gaining clarity and insights, de-stressing - literally being able to see and feel the changes.
