I love to share ways for people to learn how to take care of their energetic body and chakras themselves. We learn ways to help our physical and emotional health but we need to start learning ways to heal our energetic health as well. If we only work on the physical body, the root cause of the problem will never fully go away. We are responsible for our own health even our energetic health and knowledge is power! Getting regular Reiki sessions is also a very powerful way to cleanse and heal the Chakras. I give these tips out to my clients for in between care as well with some other tips depending on their needs. Some may work for you, take what resonates and feels good in your body. These are simply helpful tips that I find to work great 🥰💜💪

To fully heal physically we need to look at healing ourselves emotionally and energetically as well. I have seen many clients who have had pain,allergies or other physical symptoms as a result of emotional pain or trauma that is being held within the body. That stomach pain that isn’t going away could be your body telling you that you have unresolved emotional issues pushed down in that area.

You should always consult a medical physician for any health issues of course, but I strongly believe that energy healing is also a very important part of healing that more people should be aware of. During a Reiki session you may experience many wonderful sensations💆🏻‍♀️The most common sensations I hear from clients are feeling very peaceful and relaxed, intense heat from my hands, and tingles throughout the body.
