The Pictou Island Sandbar, an homage to Chef Lawrence’s childhood lunches in the Northumberland Strait . Fried north shore oysters in edible shells, garlic poached NS mussels, honeydew sea foam, horseradish pearls, rose dusted potato chips & buttered cous cous. A throwback, a hopeful reminder of the summer ahead and how wonderful our little slice of heaven (NS) truly is. Get out and enjoy our great province this season! We will definitely see you out there!
