When I feel overwhelmed, over stimulated or processing big emotions I like to take a moment with nature.

These photos are from a local garden where I spent several minutes with this beautiful giant tree.

I visualize all the energy that isn't mine going down I to the earth through the tree's root system and being recycled through the soil.

I always feels lighter and more at ease after a few minutes like this.

It is a bit of a rainy day on the east coast so for anyone in the rain today here is an amazing dahlia I captured yesterday.

Their symmetry and Sacred geometry is so satisfying and those gradients from pink to yellow. 😍😍😍

Nature is always there for us when we need to be reminded of a bit of wonder.

Time and distance never diminishes the power of energy or the impact of channelled messages from spirit and your higher (or inner) self. I love that we live in a time where we can video chat from different sides of the earth!! 🌎

Sometimes you just have to go be with the trees to get yourself back to feeling grounded.

There is an energy shift I feel every year around September. That acknowledgment of getting everything done by the end of the year.

Time feels to be speeding up as we move through 2024. And I feel it will continue into 2025.
