🌟 Meet Naa, our Continuing Care Coordinator/Scheduler at PHC! 🌟

When Naa started her journey with Parkwood Home Care as a caregiver, she fell in love with caregiving and began her journey to become a Continuing Care Assistant. She quickly became one of our On-Call Care Coordinators and once finished her education, became our Continuing Care Coordinator/Scheduler.

Naa brings many different skills to the team. She is able to provide valuable education, information, and experiences to assist with client care. Through assisting with the orientation process when new CarePros join the team to visiting in client homes to provide hands-on training and observations, she is always eager to ensure care runs as smoothly as possible.
