Craving more easy, healthy recipes?

🍎Apple Cinnamon Muffins🍎

Ingredients:
2 Cup — Rolled oats
1 Tsp — Baking powder
1/4 Tsp — Salt
1 Tsp — Ground Cinnamon
1 Cup — Milk
1 — Eggs
1/2 Cup — Bananas, mashed
1 — Apples, large, peeled, cored, and diced

Directions:
1) Preheat your oven to 375F Degrees.
2) In a large bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Add the milk, egg, and mashed banana and mix until combined. Stir in the apple.
3) Grease a muffin tin and fill each Cup with the oatmeal mixture to just about the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the Cups are set. Enjoy!

Store in the fridge or these can also be frozen.

🍂 Fall Favorite Alert! 🍂

These Carrot Cake Energy Bites are here to satisfy! Packed with nutrients and fall flavors, they’re the perfect treat.

Ingredients:
1 Cup — Rolled oats
3/4 Cup — Carrots, finely shredded
1/2 Cup — Dried mulberries
7 — Medjool dates
1/4 Cup — Water
1 Tsp — Pure vanilla extract
1 Tsp — Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp — Ground nutmeg
1/4 Tsp — Ground cloves
Shredded coconut

Directions:
1) Blend oats in a food processor until you get a fine consistency like flour. ,
2) Add in dried mulberries, pulse a few times to break them up.
3) Add carrots, vanilla and spices.
4) Slowly add dates and water.
5) Roll dough into balls and roll in shredded coconut.

Freeze for 2 hours and Enjoy!

🍂🥧Ultimate Healthy Pumpkin Pie🥧🍂

Yields: 1 pie, 10 slices

The Filling:
• 1 can Organic Pumpkin Puree
• ¼ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
• ½ cup Milk
• 1 tbsp Organic Cornstarch
• 1 ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
• ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
• ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
• ¼ tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
• ⅛ tsp Black Pepper
• ¼ cup Organic Maple Syrup
• 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
• ½ tsp Vanilla Crème Stevia
• 3 large Egg Whites
• 1 Homemade Pie Crust or a healthier alternative like Wholly Wholesome Pie Crust

Whipped Cream:
• 3 tbsp Whipping Cream
• 6 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
• ½ tsp Vanilla Crème Stevia

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, mix pumpkin purée and Greek yogurt. In a smaller bowl, whisk together milk and cornstarch, then stir into the pumpkin mixture. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, pepper, maple syrup, vanilla, and stevia. Gradually mix in lightly beaten egg whites.

Line the pie crust with foil, pressing it against the sides, and fill with pie weights, beans, or rice. Bake for 15 minutes, then carefully remove the foil and weights.
Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F. Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the center barely jiggles. Cool to room temperature, then chill for 8 hours before serving.

For whipped cream, chill a bowl and beaters for 10 minutes. Add heavy cream and beat until soft peaks form. Mix in Greek yogurt and stevia, then beat until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top each slice with whipped cream.

Did you know that sweet potatoes aren't even related to potatoes, but a member of an entirely different family?!🤯

Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin A, crucial for thyroid hormone production and overall hormonal balance.

👉Pro Tip: The Darker the flesh of a sweet potato, the more beta carotene in it, which is a precursor to the antioxidant Vitamin A!

INGREDIENTS:
3 Cup — Sweet potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 Tbsp — Extra Virgin Oil
1/2 Tsp — Garlic powder

DIRECTIONS:
