In the last few weeks we have been running an IRAC (Injury Risk Assessment Clinic) for the MSVU varsity teams (among others) which has been a great success so far.

Many of us were competitive athletes in high school and university and experienced unnecessary injuries that could have been prevented.

So, we have decided to open the clinic to youth athletes in the Bedford area before the season starts.

This is 100% free and comes with a report you can take home and share with coaches and trainers.

This is a big passion of ours and we want to help as many young athletes stay in the game this season and avoid injuries.
