Sharing essential resources from Community-Based Research Centre - CBRC
Q***r and trans communities can experience unique and often unmet health needs. Having access to targeted health information—both for community members and the providers that serve them—can help address this gap. However, finding trusted and culturally relevant resources can be challenging.
To make this easier, CBRC partnered with Wisdom2Action to compile a list of resources on a range of 2S/LGBTQQIA+ health topics. Check it out: https://www.cbrc.net/2s_lgbtqqia_health_resource_inventory

Sharing from CATIE- Safer Supply saves lives!
Canada has been facing a public health crisis due to the unregulated drug supply for nearly a decade. Safer supply is a harm reduction approach that provides pharmaceutical-grade alternatives to reduce the risk of drug toxicity.
CATIE’s new statement on safer supply outlines the need for comprehensive policies and programs to support safer supply, highlighting its potential to complement existing substance use services. Understanding the factors influencing safer supply is crucial and ongoing research is essential to optimize these initiatives. Explore further: https://www.catie.ca/catie-statement-on-safer-supply
