The Rose Window Revisited and Reimagined explores the Medieval tradition in contemporary terms and various glass approaches, including stained glass, fused glass, and glass mosaic.

Our Friday artist spotlight is Hamilton based stained glass artist, .
"When first making panels, my focus was on traditional Irish knot-work patterns. Most of my original designs still integrate knot-work and/or flowing interweaving lines that to me, represent continuity, balance, and interaction. The sense of movement is what I most like to capture in my glass.
Passionate about glass, I create stained glass pieces that reflect my understanding of the interplay between glass and light. Capturing this ‘dance’ is the driving force behind my designs. By applying the discipline of the art form and playing with elements of texture, colour and pattern, my pieces evoke specific and individual moods."
