Our MMA fighters went undefeated last night at the OFC MMA event!

Brandon Thiessen finished his very game opponent by RNC in the 3rd round and Logan Tymstra used his superior wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu to win a unanimous decision over his tough opponent!

We also had two athletes compete in Sport BJJ super bouts with Caleb Trudeau winning by RNC and Greg Pitura losing a referee's decision after his match ended in a 5-5 tie in points. Great night for Team Toshido MMA! Thanks to our team, promoter, and opponents!

Noah and I decided to give the cold plunge craze a try. 7 degrees celcius hurt every bone in my body but felt great when the endorphins flooded my system after I got out. 10/10 would try again! 🥶

Last week was the first time I've traveled in years where someone didn't get punched in the face at the end of the week. 🤣 I had an incredible time recharging in the Caribbean with my family! I can't wait for the next adventure!
