Sometimes it is easier to notice when you are sitting. Check in with yourself in your car or at your desk.

Awareness is the first step

Step #2: flare your bum!

This is one area that we don’t always talk about, but we should. So many things are overlooked and fall into the category of ‘that’s normal because you are a woman’.

Uterine Fibroids, Urinary Tract Issues, Endometriosis to name a few.

The purpose is not to diagnose, but get discussions going and help more women (and men) get help sooner.
