Kids are listening and they are watching. When you bring them to our office, they are picking up on life giving nuggets about health. They are hearing that their bodies are made to heal, that the food they eat matters, that their nervous system is incredible and they can protect it, that they should always drink more water, to hold a screen at eye level to avoid damage to their spine, that’s sleep is important and most of all that they can take responsibility for their health by asking questions and being proactive.

Now more than ever, our kids are hearing all kinds of things and a lot of it is scary. Even as adults, it can be difficult to muddle through and not be anxious. The next generation is listening and watching. Let’s inspire this young generation toward LIFE and HEALTH!!

FACTS! 🤩Gimme all the queso! Have you guys purchased the queso from Costco? It’s delish and it’s dairy and gluten free. The ingredients are awesome. We (Dr Mike’s family) put this on burritos, crunch wraps, nachos, in taco salad and even over eggs. It’s also good as a dip for taco chips. This is a staple for us!

Your nervous system allows your brain to communicate with the rest of your body. When there’s a disconnect in this intricate and incredible system, there can be many signs.
