ALL DEEP neuromuscular CLINIC Neuromyology better known as Neuromuscular Therapy is a field of Physical Medicine that emphasizes the evaluation and treatment of the body’s connective tissues, including muscles, tendons and ligaments and alignment of its entire skeletal structure.  

Aches and pains in our bones, joints and muscles are common. But its not always clear what is causing these aches and pains. Are they a sign of overuse, aging, or are they due to a recent injury or illness? What is clear is that it's important to develop a couple of healthy habits to keep you moving.

1. NUTRUTUION - maintain a healthy weight can reduce the stress on your joints. Easier said than done right specially when we age. It can feel like another full time job. Healthy weight isn't just about reaching a magic number on a scale. Start with eating a balanced diet.

2. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY - walk, swim, inline skating, cycling, stretching are all non impact exercises. You can find many different routines on the internet or on phone apps to suit almost everyone.

Remember no pain or gain does not apply to joints.
