Don't Tell The Doctor Dip Serve this at your next BBQ... . - 8oz block cream cheese - 1 stick butter - 1 cup sour cream - 1/2 cup @blueplatemayo - 1lb thin bacon - 2 cups shredded cheese - 1 packet @hidden.valley Ranch Dip mix - 1 bunch green onions chopped Directions: 1. Cook the bacon on a sheet pan in the oven at 420 until crispy (about 12- 17 minutes). Drain and crumble (reserve a little of the bacon for topping the dip before serving) 2. Combine room temperature (softened) cream cheese and room temperature butter in a mixing bowl. Add sour cream and mayo - stir well to combine. 3. Add the bacon, cheese, chopped green onion (save a little for serving), and ranch dip mix. Stir to combine and transfer to a serving bowl. 4.
