🎃Pumpkin Spice Play Dough!
It smells SO NICE in here!

Ingredients:
🎃2 Cups of Flour
🎃3/4 of a Cup of Salt
🎃4 tsp of Cream of Tar Tar
🎃2 tsp of Pumpkin Spice
🎃2 tbsp of Oil
🎃2 cups of Water

Directions:
🎃Combine all ingredients in a pot with the stove OFF
🎃Once combined turn your stove to Medium
🎃Stir every couple minutes until your dough forms a large ball
🎃 Remove pot from stove and place play dough on parchment paper to cool
🎃Once cool enough to touch kneed the dough until nice and soft

I wrap the play dough in plastic wrap and store in an airtight container!

🎉Scented Play Dough 🎉

I have added some more scents to our scented play dough stash! These are all homemade with natural ingredients. I use essential oil to scent all the doughs. Our scents now include:

Each play dough is packaged in a glass mason jar. Mix and match 4 containers for $25.

🚘 Car Wash 🧼 It is so nice out today! I blended up some soap, water and food colouring in our blender and it makes a really cool foam! I poured it on some cookie sheets and added a little container of water and cars! So fun! ☀️

🌈Play Dough Kits 🌈
I absolutely love when you send me pictures of inspiration or ideas that you have so that I can come up with something! It gives me so many ideas 🥳 (I wish there were more hours in the day 🤣). Each one of these kits comes with 3 play doughs (all homemade and non-toxic). They also come with different items to play with! This would be super fun for rainy days inside or something fun to bring on a trip for those “down times”.

🚧 Rainy Day Construction Play 🚧This is still Oliver’s favourite bin. He loves scooping, building and all the imaginary play that comes with sensory play. The new construction bins come with these cute little Construction Buildings! 🌈🌧 Raincloud Experiment 🌧🌈 This would be a fun activity for today! All you need is a clear jar/vase/glass, some shaving cream and some food colouring! Put some water in the glass 3/4 of the way up, then put some shaving cream on top of the water (I used too much 😂) then put some drops of food colouring into the shaving cream and watch it bleed through! This experiment and 4 more are available in the science kit ($35). I hope everyone is surviving this rainy day 😂!

Sponge Play 💦 It is a hot and beautiful day! I got a pack of sponges the other day and I cut them into strips. I filled a bucket of water and threw in the sponges, cups, spoons, plates and bowls ☀️☺️. Both boys had a lot of fun squeezing the sponges and pouring and scooping the water. The activity turned into a bike wash for Ollie 🚲 🧼❤️! I hope everyone is doing well today 🥰.

💧🖍Chalk Letters! 🖍💧This was so fun! I just wrote out the alphabet 🔠 on our fence in chalk and asked Oliver to find a letter! When he found it he squirted it off with a spray bottle 🔫! You could easily adapt this and do numbers, colours, shapes, answers to math questions, names of family members, sight words and the list goes on! I hope you’re enjoying this weather ☀️
