Buđenje Moći Unutar Nas: Oslobodite Svoj Pravi Potencijal i Transformišite Svoj Život

Ranije sam pisala o važnosti unutrašnje snage u našim životima. Kada sam pre godinu dana počela da pišem ovu knjigu, moja namera je bila upravo to - deliti sa drugima ideju da pronalaženje snage u sebi, posebno u teškim trenucima, ima ključnu ulogu. Kada osoba to otkrije i postane svesna toga, znatno im pomaže. Podjednako važno je i pokazati drugima da je to moguće, koristeći sopstveni primer prolaska kroz različite izazove i istine života kako biste proširili svoju snagu. To znači da drugi mogu poboljšati svoje živote, olakšati situacije, itd., koristeći određene metode.

Godinu dana kasnije, kada je knjiga završena, mnogo mi je pomogla u suočavanju sa ozbiljnijim životnim preprekama. Napisana je iz ličnog iskustva kao način borbe, refleksije, životnog iskustva i saradnje sa različitim mentorima iz različitih oblasti života.
Knjiga se sastoji od tri dela. Prvi identifikuje prepreke za naš lični razvoj, drugi se bavi njihovim prevazilaženjem, a treći je mesto gde želimo da budemo, radi dobrobiti nas samih i ljudi oko nas.
Dnevnik dopunjuje knjigu pružajući praktične primere, samorefleksiju, introspekciju i prostor da sami odgovorite na ono što vas se tiče.

Tekst u knjizi ne pruža samo rešenja, već i mentalni sklop prevazilaženja izazova, samopoboljšanja, razmišljanja, rada na sebi, sagledavanja stvari iz različitih perspektiva. Pruža smernice o tome na čemu treba raditi, kako prevazići izazove, gde se fokusirati i raditi, na šta obratiti pažnju i mogućnost pronalaženja te snage. Izvori iz kojih ih nalazite su u vama, i sve se svodi na sjedinjenje unutar vas.

Buđenjem snage u sebi, svako od nas se povezuje sa svojim izvorom, bilo da je to Bog, Univerzum, božanska sila, energija, priroda ili sopstveno biće...

I have previously written about the importance of inner strength in our lives. When I started writing this book a year ago, my intention was to share exactly that – finding strength within oneself, especially in difficult moments, is crucial. When a person discovers it and becomes aware of it, it greatly helps them. Equally important is to show others that it is possible, using one's own example of going through various challenges and life truths to expand one's strength. This means that others can improve their lives, ease situations, etc., using certain methods.

A year later, when it was completed, it helped me a lot in dealing with much more serious life obstacles. It is written from personal experience as a way of struggle, reflection, life experience, and collaboration with different mentors from various areas of life.
The book consists of three sections. The first identifies obstacles to our personal development, the second deals with overcoming them, and the third is the place where we want to be, for the well-being of ourselves and those around us.
The journal complements the book, providing practical examples, self-reflection, introspection, and space for you to answer what concerns you.

The text in the book not only provides solutions but also the mindset of overcoming challenges, self-improvement, thinking, working on oneself, seeing things from different perspectives. It gives guidelines on what to work on, overcome, where to focus and work, what to pay attention to, and the possibility of finding that strength. The sources from which you find them are within you, and it all comes down to merging within you.

Thoughts

“I always imagined life as a big tree. There is a trunk with a treetop, branches, and leaves, there. The treetop is less or more rooted in the earth. Also, each branch of the three has a lot of other branches, and each of them has other small branches.

There are leaves on those small branches. Untold…

That is our life way. I imagine it like that at least. Did we have to turn on this or that side, left or right? Did we stay on the same branch, or the other nearby? On which small branch did we make a decision to come running just to this branch, but not on the second, third, or the tenth one…? Maybe we can find a shortcut for that big branch…

If we are here where we are now, then we are on our branch (whatever it is?), on that path of ours.

Each of our branches is a large number of small branches, leaves and chosen greenery… And that is our life.

What did I think under my branch?

Weirdly, the things we remember, places, moments of the time are in our hearts forever, while some of them fade in the mist. Sometimes, I knew to live differently than most people did, but sometimes I didn’t see my way.

I simply went step by step, one, and then the other. Sometimes forward, sometimes backward, and when I started somewhere – sometimes not knowing where - I hit my head against the wall.

One day I turn back, and I see that each step I made was a choice, to go left, right, or along the way… To go forward or not to move at all.

Every day each person has a choice between right or wrong. Between love and hatred. Sometimes between life and death.

That fight between life and death – incomprehensible, and comprehensible is what we live in the meantime. And all those choices are your life. The day when I understood that was the day when I became aware. Self-awareness!”

Our minds are wide, big, and deep as we allow them to be. Our thoughts hold the power to shape our realities. If we seek happiness, we must first find it within ourselves. We have ability to create beauty in our lives, but it is all too easy to become consumed by the hunger for it.

I believe that having a strong mind is the ultimate strength.
