Language barriers can make accessing services challenging. We use an interpretation service so you can access programs in your language of choice. Accessing support should be as easy as saying hello.
Follow us to our new social media account! Please find us Camino Wellbeing + Mental Health right now so we can stay in touch with you! You can keep in the loop with updates, events and supports you can access through our unified organization. We will no longer be posting on this account as of the end of this week, June 30. Chris Costa, community champion, completed a 24-hour walk to support the vital work taking place at Grand River Hospital, Women's Crisis Services of Waterloo Region, and Camino Wellbeing + Mental Health.
Through radio interviews, social media messaging, and reaching out to his connections - Chris not only raised awareness for the growing needs for our services, but also raised funds that will support the three organization’s work.
Chris is already dreaming big about next year's fundraiser - stay tuned!

Today is about celebrating Black freedom and achievement, while inviting us to examine what we can do better and remember why Black lives matter.

“It’s hard sometimes to label what’s concerning you. To say, ‘I’m having a mental health challenge,' is difficult, but if you just have to say, ‘I’m really not feeling like I’m thriving. I feel like something is not right,’ you can come to Camino. That wellbeing part of our name is the open invitation to anyone to come and chat with someone and get some of the help that they might need” ~ Tracy Elop, CEO, Camino Wellbeing + Mental Health

Everyone has mental health.
Like physical health, mental health is a part of everyone’s life.
One-third of people in Canada will be affected by a mental illness in their lifetime*. With the right support, people with mental illnesses can and do thrive.
