The results are in and thanks to the generosity from our London community, the 24th annual Business Cares Food Drive raised an astounding 627,000lbs worth of food!!!! Thank you to all those who participated in our campaign… it is because of all of you, that our campaign was such a success!

Our 2023 Grocery Weekend held December 2 & 3 at an incredible 37 stores in the London area produced a record amount of food and cash totaling 187,000 pounds of food. That is up a WHOPPING 23% over last year.

I couldn’t begin to say how much we appreciate the help and support from so many areas to make this happen…if you were involved in any way…purchasing or donating, volunteering, captaining, warehouse, trucks, loading/unloading, food, committee, store managers …THANK YOU!!

What a truly remarkable weekend. 37 stores. 100s of volunteers. 1000s of pounds of food donated. And 1 community coming together to express its higher aspirations for a better world. From the 6000 families the London Food Bank helps each month and the over 30 feeding programs we supply - thank you - all of you.

The 24th annual Business Cares Food drive has officially begun!

This morning we all gathered at RBC Place to both celebrate and listen to why this initiative is so important to the community.

The London food bank has seen a 42% increase in demand compared to this time last year. That equates to approximately 600 families a month or 14,000 individuals. In addition, the food drive helps to support over 35 social agencies and programs around London.

If you are able to support the campaign in any capacity, please do so! This could be donating during grocery store weekend or even just encouraging your family friends and co-workers to get involved!

We're back volunteering this Saturday to collect donations for the Business Cares Food Drive 🎉 This year, we want to involve the community that keeps us going and that's YOU!
