You can apply for funding! The Social Science Students’ Council Grant System supports the Faculty of Social Science and the initiatives of Social Science students by providing financial resources.
Requests will be reviewed once a month. Please read the form in detail and if you have any questions, look to the contact information listed in the form.

A collaboration workshop is being hosted by the Social Science Student Council and Social Science Technology Services to provide students the opportunity to learn R!
The workshop will be held on Friday, January 13th from 1:30-4:30 PM.
There is no charge to participate, however you need to register before January 10th, 2023! Spots are limited!

Hey social sci, our advocacy blog is now accepting submissions! This month all submissions will be related to EDI issues on campus, these can be about your own experiences, things you would like to see changed, or pieces of academic work from the past.

Nervous about submitting? Don’t worry! Everything will be looked over and edited by our team and you can share anything you are concerned with/ would like us to know about your work! You also have the option to submit anonymously. This is a great opportunity to have some of your non-academic work published and your voice heard in regard to important issues

We are accepting donations starting this Tuesday, Nov 22 to Sunday, Nov 27. Your donations may be dropped off in the bin outside of the SSSC reading room, or you can fill out the Google form found in our linktree to have your clothes picked up at your doorstep!
