Hear from three Western Linguistics alumnae about their different paths after graduating:

Julia Lizzi graduated from Western University with an Honors Bachelor of Arts (French and Linguistics) and a Master's of Clinical Science in Speech-Language Pathology. She works as a speech-language pathologist at a school board in Northwestern Ontario.

Sonia Masi graduated from the Linguistics MA at Western with a specialization in Romance Linguistics and morpho-syntax, focussing on the possessive constructions in dialects of southern Italy. Since graduation, she has worked at Dawson College and McGill University in Montreal.

Yanfei Lu is a Linguistics PhD student at the University of Toronto who completed a BA and an MA in Linguistics at Western. Her research focuses on documentation and revitalization of the Oneida (Iroquoian) language.
