This is the first of our POP-UP classes that you’ll get to experience every month.

New classes, not on our regular schedule, that will challenge you in new ways and deliver a high dose of fun. You’re guaranteed to leave a pool of sweat behind with this one, but you won’t know what it’s all about until you get there.

Our kickboxing for teens, FREE trial class, is this coming Sunday at 12:00 p.m. (June 2).

The FREE trial class will be co-ed, ages 10-16. Benefits include physical fitness, self-defense skills, stress relief, discipline and social interaction.

Let your teenager decide if they want to join Coach Katty’s July “Kickboxing Classes For Teens” summer program!!

To secure a spot for your teen, go to LINK IN BIO and complete the registration form.

Hers Kickboxing will be hosting “Kickboxing Classes For Teens”, a program that will start July 8th with Coach Katty!

This program will be co-ed for ages 10-16. In the program, teens will be split into gender and age groups (10-12 and 13-16). Groups will be determined after program registration is complete.

The benefits of the program for teenagers include: physical fitness, self-defense skills, stress relief, discipline and social interaction.

If your child is not sure, no worries!! We are providing the opportunity of a FREE TRIAL CLASS so they can decide for themselves if our program feels like the right fit.
