A limited number of 12” mixed hanging baskets are now available for purchase on our website. Orders may be placed until Sunday May 1st. Pick up options can be selected at checkout and run from Wednesday May 4th until Saturday May 7th. Orders can be placed at zomersgreenhouses.com

We have raffle tickets available in support of Halton Hills Minor Baseball (our son’s team). There will be two draws, one for Mother’s Day and one for Father’s Day. Mother’s Day prize will include a certificate for two 12” mixed hanging baskets from Zomer’s Greenhouses. We will sell a maximum of 24 tickets (other families will sell as well) and will have a secondary draw for a 12” mixed hanging basket just for the people who purchase tickets through us. Tickets are $10 each or three for $20. Please email to [email protected] to order tickets. Winner must be able to pick up prize from Zomer’s Greenhouses. Thanks!

This year has been very different than last year. Sales to our fundraisers and wholesale customers have been very strong and we are grateful. We are therefore only going to offer a limited number of baskets for driveway pick up and it will be this week only. Orders can be placed at zomersgreenhouses.com. Pick ups will be Tuesday May 4th to Saturday May 8th. You will be prompted to choose a pick up time at checkout. You will not receive an email confirmation, just come at your chosen time and your order will be on the driveway. Orders placed by noon can choose next day pick up.

We had some succulents packed on a cart ready to go out for an order. This morning we discovered that a furry intruder had decided to snack on about a dozen of them. That was a new one for us.

Spring is coming. How cute are these canna lilies that just sprouted? Also New Guinea Impatien baskets and Fuchsia baskets ( ). We are getting ready. 🌸

The pandemic roller coaster continues. Our poinsettia sales were going well until Toronto and Peel went into lockdown and then the order cancellations began. We now need to find homes for some of our poinsettias. We have many sizes and colours available on our website: zomersgreenhouses.com. Orders can be placed for pick up at our greenhouses on Friday November 27 from 4pm-7pm and Saturday November 28 from 10am-4pm.
