Lochland Farm Botanicals; Beautiful quaint 20 stall barn in the GTA, 15 minutes in all directions from Campbellville,Milton, Guelph, Acton and Rockwood.
Barn rental includes ;
stalls in good repair with rubber floor matting and power and water to each.
Indoor arena with newer sand footing and magnesium for dust control , 60’ by 150’
Outdoor sand arena 100’ by 200’
Fields and paddocks with wood and wire fencing, fertilized, mowed and left fallow 2021 i.e. in good shape for grazing for 2022.
Hot and cold water in the wash stall and tackroom bathroom.
Heated tackroom/ viewing lounge combination with individual cubbies
Separate rental for living accommodation in barn apartment possibly available in spring 2022.
Hacking in some fields and wooded pathways.

Ideally we are looking for equine business that is rehabilitation related, or breeding or young horse training. May also be suited to bespoke boarding.

So I am a little slow but I wanted to say a big thank you to Diane Cellini for leasing Lochland Farm and taking such great care of the horses and property. You are the best Diane and we are blessed you chose us!

Sold today -went to a great home with a lovely new Mom.
Ben aka Maserati is a gorgeous moving gelding. He has been shown in the hunters and then jumpers (1.2m) . In recent years he has been schooling third level dressage. He has been semi-retired for the past year being ridden a few times a week and would like to find a new owner who has the time to give him more attention. He just had his 16th birthday.
He is a special boy whom we love very much so is priced extremely reasonably as our primary goal is to find the perfect new home.

Congrats to Shari, Ben's new Mom. Although it was a teary day and we miss him he has a great new Mom and home .

Shari: So happy and excited about my new boy Ben! Just picked him up today... isn't he beautiful! I will post video soon of how he moves... Ben is a Holsteiner and is a level 2 trained dressage horse and jumper! Can't wait for my arm to be healed enough so I can ride him!
