She conducted a video call with me at the beginning of the process to see our new space and get an idea of what I was looking for. This was especially helpful as we were 2 hours outside of port credit. She then provided advice and sent selections of fixtures so I could review and add or delete to my liking. Once I was able to go back to the city, she spent time with me in person reviewing my decisions and once again providing advice and further ideas to narrow down the selection. I even emailed her pictures of fixtures from “other on line lighting stores” and she was always able to accommodate the same fixtures or find ones as close as possible from her list of suppliers. Sabrina from her team was great to deal with as well and couldn’t do more to help. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or purchase from them again. The service was top notch right from the get go…Thank youJulia and Sabrina!! Appreciate everything you did for us and we can’t wait to get the fixtures installed!"
