Our special guest last night (Oct 7) was Tina Moreira from the Nanaimo & District Hospital Foundation (https://www.facebook.com/nanaimohospital). We presented her with a cheque for $1,000. She had some nice stats for us. In the past 24 years we've donated $61,400.

They will be having some exciting news soon. They will be building a home away from home in Nanaimo by the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital, like the Jeneece Place in Victoria and Q̓ᵂalayu House in Campbell River.
