This family's furnace broke down, and they were just heating their home with their heat pump. Heat pumps tend to struggle to keep up once it gets below 0 degrees outside. As you can imagine, it was getting pretty chilly. We replaced their broken furnace with a high efficiency Trane furnace with a 10 year parts and labour warranty
