was founded on a West Indies Style Peppa Sauce after having my mind blown by an exquisite Sauce at a local Roti Shop in Oakville.

Digging back way deeper, I had an early introduction to Soul Food when in our hood, were 2 Trini-Chinese Families that we became close friends with.....as kids, we went to the same schools & played together, and our parents were in the same social circles......which meant LOTS of visits to their homes for the Real Deal in West Indies Cuisine! When they asked, "Would you like to come over for Curry & Roti?", I didn't walk....I RAN! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️.

So it is no surprise that we have a 'collection' of 5 variations of West Indies Peppa Sauces in our arsenal!

In 2024, we finally added a 6th arising from Customer requests for a Barbados Style Hot Sauce.

BARBADE, is our Bajan Peppa Sauce featuring the Classic Mustard & Turmeric Flavour Profile, done our way with our Signature 'low Vinegar, high Purity, remarkable Transparency, with exceptional Umami' Recipe. This delicious banger also features locally grown Scotch Bonnets to bring those fruity notes to the table.
