Strength is the capacity for your body to generate force. An example would be the strength required to squat 135lbs, which is completely independent of time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Power is your capacity to generate force over a short period of time. An example would be the power needed to jump. Even if we apply lots of force into the ground, if we don't apply this force fast, we won't go very high. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

What is our Phase 6 F**T CLASS all about? ....
ANAEROBIC TRAINING!
It's a form of exercise that breaks down glucose for energy without using oxygen. Classes will be full of short length and high intensity movements.
What's happening in the body?
This allows our body to release energy within a small period of time, and the oxygen demand will surpass the oxygen supply.
