Using activities that kids naturally enjoy, the 613 Kids Program provides a fitness program that is safe, fun, and energetic.
In addition to learning new skills, you will notice your child has greater confidence in themselves and their abilities, is more focused in school, transitions to new sports more easily, and has a reduced risk of injury.
Our 10-Week Spring Kids Program with Coach Nadine begins on Saturday, April 6, and runs through Saturday, June 8 2024.
This introductory program is for kids ages 5-9.
Sessions are held every Saturday from 9-10
All sessions are 1 hour in length.

Kettlebell bench press in a conditioning workout?! Yup, we can do that! Combined with some rowing, it nicely balanced the work, and the variety is fun. 👊🏻
